Professor Tingzhong Yang is Director of the Research Center for Tobacco Control at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He has advised the World Health Organization on tobacco control and contributed to the WHO Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases. He also serves as an external faculty member of the Injury Control Research Center at West Virginia University and was invited as an academician of the Russian Academy of Social and Fundamental Sciences. His scholarly work centers on social and behavioral sciences in health, with particular emphasis on tobacco control, health behavior, and digital health. He has published over 130 international papers and several academic books, including Health Research: Social and Behavioral Theory and Methods. Professor Yang has developed China-specific models of health behavior and advanced a theoretical framework for digital health behavior. He is also an editor of the Global Journal of Social Sciences Studies.

Dr. Shang-Ming Zhou is a distinguished Professor in eHealth at the University of Plymouth, UK, where he serves as the Associate Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery for Research, Chair of Operational Artificial Intelligence Group, and Deputy Director of the Centre for Health Technology in the Faculty of Health: Medicine, Dentistry and Human Sciences. His research focuses on AI-driven personalized medicine, health informatics, health data science, disease phenotyping, risk stratification, polypharmacy, multimorbidity, and public health research. His research on integrating information from multiple sources through advanced methods of type-1 and type-2 OWA operators has paved the way for data integration and aggregation under uncertain environments. He leads different projects, advancing healthcare data analytics for patient-centric innovations. He has also been awarded externally funded grants worth over £10millions. He is the member of Editorial Board for 15 international journals.

Professor Emeritus Derek Clements-Croome is an internationally recognized academic and researcher specializing in intelligent buildings, sustainable architecture, building engineering, and healthy, liveable environments. He has held academic positions at Loughborough University, the University of Bath, and the University of Reading, where he developed pioneering courses in building environmental engineering and intelligent buildings. He founded the CIBSE Intelligent Buildings Group and co-founded the CIBSE Natural Ventilation Group. He is Lead Coordinator for CIB Commission W098 on Intelligent and Responsive Buildings and has served as Vice President of CIBSE. His contributions have earned him several professional awards, including CIBSE Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals and a team Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. He has authored several books, including Designing Buildings for People: Sustainable Liveable Architecture and Intelligent Buildings and Infrastructure. His current interests include biophilic design, lifestyle medicine, flourishing environments, and sustainable liveable cities.

Mehdi Lashgari is an engineer, researcher, inventor, and science educator with expertise in electronics, biomedical technologies, programming, and artificial intelligence. He is pursuing PhD studies in Electronics (Telecommunications) and is the founder and manager of Unlimited Science Learners, where he develops innovative projects integrating AI, sensors, electronics, and healthcare. His work focuses on smart technologies for health monitoring, early detection, elderly care, rehabilitation, and preventive healthcare. He is also a member of the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA) and has received international recognition for his innovations, including Silver Medals at ISIF 2023 and Geneva 2024, and a Gold Medal at Geneva 2025.

Dr. Preeti Mahato is a Lecturer in Global Health at Royal Holloway, University of London, with research interests spanning maternal health, migration health, mental health, and health services research. Her work focuses primarily on Nepal and the UK, with a particular interest in improving health services and addressing population health challenges across diverse communities. She completed her PhD on maternity care services in rural Nepal. With an undergraduate background in Clinical Laboratory Science, she also has research interests in infectious diseases and interdisciplinary research that brings together social sciences, public health, and global health. Her work contributes to a broader understanding of health inequalities, healthcare access, and population health from multidisciplinary perspectives.

Dr. Anju Kaushal holds a PhD from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, and has completed Quality Business courses from NZQ – NZ and the University of Auckland, extending her expertise in biologicals, therapeutics, and academia, particularly in the field of infectious diseases and microbiology. She has extensive experience in R&D, production, and quality assurance. She has served as a Research Topic Coordinator for Frontiers in Antibiotics – Antibiotics in Clinical Use and as a Guest Editor (Primary) for the Journal of Medical Science. She has been recognized with the Best Researcher Award – Microbiology (Research Hypothesis Excellence) 2025 and was featured in the Marquis Who’s Who list for 2026–2029. Her research interests include vaccines, sera, diagnostics, and novel therapeutics, with a strong emphasis on healthcare, public health, and safety. With more than 40 publications on LinkedIn and 21 peer-reviewed journal publications, she has participated in numerous international conferences and continues to contribute to research and innovation in microbiology, infectious diseases, and healthcare.

Sinisa Franjic graduated from the Faculty of Law. The thesis entitled "Legal aspects of information systems" was defended by Summa Cum Laude. Since 1992., he work as a journalist - freelance contributor. Until today, he wrote 70 books, two chapters in the books, two scripts, and over 850 scientific papers. The successful defense of the doctoral dissertation on the topic of criminal law called "The Criminal Justice and Forensic Aspects of Computer Criminality", he received a Ph.D. degree in the area of Criminal law and Criminalistics/Forensics.He completed his postdoctoral training in the field of Palliative Care at the Universidad de Navarra.

Dr. Alexandrina Nikova is a medical doctor and neurosurgeon based in Athens, Greece. She graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace Medical School and currently practices as a neurosurgeon. She is also an author, with a book and multiple scientific publications to her credit. In addition to her medical practice and academic work, Dr. Nikova has developed expertise in holistic therapy and is a Reiki teacher, reflecting her interest in complementary approaches to health and wellbeing.

Dr. Mihail Lucian Birsa is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. In 2003 he was selected as a member of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, working with Professor Henning Hopf in TU Braunschweig - Germany. Since then numerous return fellowships were granted by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He has more than 125 publications in peer-review journals and published +45 books/book chapters (John Wiley & Sons, Thieme etc). Also, is editorial board member in more than 75 journals such as Applied Sciences, Arkivoc, BioChem, Edelweiss Chemical Science Journal, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design, Journal of Fine Chemical Engineering, Modern Approaches in Drug Designing, Pharmaceutical Toxicology.
